Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email sultanatbyhazeem@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos, and a clear description of the issue. If the product is confirmed as faulty, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. Items are considered faulty only if they are received damaged or have a manufacturing defect. Damage caused by wear, misuse, or improper care is not considered a fault.
