Pre-order purchases are final sale. Cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted unless the product is confirmed faulty upon arrival.
Faulty Pre-Order Items
If you receive a faulty pre-order item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund.
